Nederman Holding AB (publ) (OM:NMAN) acquired RoboVent, Inc. from Rensa Filtration for approximately SEK 430 million ($41.9 million) on July 29, 2022. The total consideration shall be paid on a cash and debt free basis and funded by cash and existing bank facilities. Post deal completion, RoboVent shall become part of Nederman´s Extraction & Filtration Technology Division. In 2021, RoboVent reported a total revenues of $32 million. The deal is expected to have a positive impact on earnings per share on Nederman. Baird served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rensa Filtration, Inc. on this transaction. Avinash R. Rao, Amy E. Sheridan, Erika L. Todd and Douglas S. Stransky of Sullivan & Worcester LLP acted as legal advisor to Nederman Holding AB (publ) (OM:NMAN).
