Notifications on transactions concluded by managers of the companies NEO Finance, AB Announcement Regarding a Transaction by a Person Holding Managerial Position

NEO Finance, AB (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notification regarding a transaction by a person holding a managerial position in the Company. An option agreement was concluded with Viktoras Ivanovas, the Head of the Open Banking Department, in accordance with the Company's share granting rules (hereinafter referred to as "Rules"), approved at the general meeting of the Company's shareholders held on 2022-06-17.

The agreement provides the right for the person holding a managerial position to acquire 6,916 (six thousand nine hundred and sixteen) shares of the Company. The person holding a managerial position will be able to purchase the shares at a price of 0.25 EUR per share.
