Nerdy, Inc. Announces Heidi Robinson Departs as Chief Product Officer

Nerdy, Inc. announced that Heidi Robinson, the Company's Chief Product Officer who also effectively led the Company's human resources and recruiting functions, will be departing the Company. Ms. Robinson will continue to provide services to the Company as a consultant through December 31, 2023 to assist the Company with the transition of her responsibilities. Effective March 6, 2023, Ms. Robinson is no longer an executive officer.
