Netex Knowledge Factory, S.L. announced that it will receive €1 million in funding from Fondo Tecnologico i2C, FCR, a fund managed by XesGalicia, S.G.E.C.R., S.A. in July 2014. The company will issue equity and the investor will also provide equity loan in the truncation. The investor will acquire 6% stake in the company though this transaction.
The transaction has been approved by board of the investor.
