Caogenzhiben Group agreed to acquire 45% stake in Chongqing Xinniu Hanhong Industrial Co., Ltd. from New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002946) for approximately CNY 150 million on November 28, 2023. As of September 30, 2023, Chongqing Xinniu Hanhong Industrial Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 118.2 million and net assets of CNY 16.4 million.
Caogenzhiben Group completed the acquisition of 45% stake in Chongqing Xinniu Hanhong Industrial Co., Ltd. from New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002946) on December 20, 2023. As on November 28, 2023 New Hope Dairy' board of director's approved the transaction and on December 14, 2023 New Hope Dairy' shareholders approved the transaction.
New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd. is a China-based company which mainly develops, produces and sells dairy products and milk-containing beverages. The Company's products mainly include low-temperature fresh milk, low-temperature yogurt, low-temperature modulated milk, low-temperature milk beverage, normal-temperature pure milk, normal-temperature milk beverage, normal-temperature modulated milk, normal-temperature yogurt and milk powder. The main brands of the Company's products include New Hope, New Hope Shuangfeng, Shuangxi, Sanmu and others.
