New Power Plasma Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A144960) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 952,380 shares, for a total of KRW 4,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on March 10, 2020. As of December 9, 2019, the company had 567,775 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 0 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
New Power Plasma Co.,Ltd . is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in manufacture of remote plasma generators (RPGs). The Company's products mainly consist of remote plasma generators, which are used for cleansing deposition chamber of semiconductors, radiofrequency generators, which are used for generation of plasma, matchers, which are used for delivering power from radiofrequency generators to the process chambers. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets including China and Taiwan.
