Shenzhen Yuanzhi Fuhai M&A Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 7.25% stake in New Trend International Logis-Tech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300532) from Shao Jianwei for approximately CNY 200 million on December 22, 2020. Under the terms of considerations, Shenzhen Yuanzhi Fuhai M&A Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will acquire 19.8 million shares for CNY 10.1 per share.
