Newmark : Brings on Industry Veterans Andrew Jennison and Daniel Pickart, Expanding the Private Capital Advisory Group in Los Angeles

Newmark[1] has hired industry veterans Andrew Jennison as Vice Chairman and Daniel Pickart as Senior Managing Director. Based in the Century City office, the team will contribute to the growth of Newmark's Private Capital Market platform, focused on private investment advisory in the $10-$100 million range while also specializing in strategic agency leasing and tenant assignments.

Jennison has completed approximately $10 billion in transactional volume throughout his nearly 25-year career in both leasing and capital markets sales in Los Angeles and beyond. With over 12 years in the industry, Pickart has executed in excess of $2 billion in transaction volume, representing notable occupiers, developers and landlords, encompassing private capital to institutional capital.
