Newmark Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 219.9 million compared to USD 231.53 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 664.65 million compared to USD 788.13 million a year ago. Net income was USD 27.96 million compared to USD 128.55 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.16 compared to USD 0.64 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.15 compared to USD 0.63 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 631.68 million compared to USD 563.31 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 2,098.25 million compared to USD 1,921.98 million a year ago. Net income was USD 76.85 million compared to USD 601.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.42 compared to USD 3.14 a year ago.
