Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 10,809 million compared to JPY 7,534 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 619 million compared to loss of JPY 715 million a year ago. Net income for the period was JPY 467 million compared to loss of JPY 849 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 23.83 compared to loss of JPY 43.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 12.02. Net income attributable to owners of the parent for the period was JPY 467 million compared to loss of JPY 849 million a year ago.
