Nihon Housing Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4781) agreed to acquire Mes Facilities Co., Ltd. from Mitsui E&S Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:7003) on December 23, 2021. Nihon Housing will acquire 74060 shares of Mes Facilities. Mes Facilities reported sales as ¥8.3 billion, net assets as ¥4.1 billion and total assets as ¥6.9 billion for the period end on March 2021. Share transfer date will be of April 1, 2022. The transaction has been resolved by the board of directors of Nihon Housing on December 22, 2021.
