Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that, the interim cash dividend of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (the "Company") of Re. 1.0/- per share (i.e. 10%) for the financial year ending June 30, 2022 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on February 24, 2022, has been transferred electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders who had provided their active / valid bank account(s), by our paying agent (Habib Bank Limited) on Friday, March 25, 2022.

Furthermore, dividend payment of shareholders who have not provided their valid CNIC& IBAN has been withheld as per Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. These dividends will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

In this respect, our advertisements to be published in daily Observer Pakistan (English) and daily Asas (Urdu) on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are attached as Annexure - 1 & 2 respectively.

Credit of Interim Cash Dividend

Shareholders of the Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (the "Company") are hereby informed that Interim Cash Dividend (0 - 15) for the financial year ending June 30, 2022 at the rate of 10 % i.e. Re. 1.0/- per share have been credited though electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders on Friday, March 25, 2022, who have submitted their valid CNICand International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

In order to comply with the requirement of Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and subsequent notification through SRO 1145(1)2017 of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Company has withheld dividend of those shareholders who still have not provided their valid CNIC and IBAN.
