ShenZhen Everich Supply Chain Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 200,000,000 in an equity round of funding on October 27, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Ningbo Donly Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002164) to maintain its 100% stake in the company. Post the closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 145,000,000 to CNY 388,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the 24th session of the investor’s 4th directorate.
NINGBO DONLY CO., LTD. is a China-based company specialized in providing supply chain management services. The Company primarily serves electronic information and medical device industries. The Company is also engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of transmission devices and door control systems. Its products include standard gearboxes, special gearboxes and non-standard gearboxes, as well as automatic operating room doors, channel automatic doors and radiation-proof automatic doors. Its products are applied in metallurgy, mining, water conservancy, electric power, building material, hospital and pharmaceutical company industrials. The Company conducts its businesses in domestic market and overseas markets.
