An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire Tsukuba Mitsui Building from Nippon Building Fund Inc. (TSE:8951) for approximately ¥1.1 billion on January 5, 2024. Tsukuba Mitsui Building has an annual rent of approximately ¥816 million. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2024.
