Global Mobility Service,Inc. announced that it has received ¥1.7 billion in an equity round of funding led by returning investor DENSO Corporation (TSE:6902) on September 2, 2019. The transaction included participation from The Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8361), Nippon Care Supply Co., Ltd. (TSE:2393), Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Investment Co., Ltd., returning investor Credit Saison Co., Ltd. (TSE:8253). The funding was raised through third party allotment method.
Nippon Care Supply Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the rental and wholesale of welfare equipment. The welfare equipment supply business is engaged in the sale of welfare equipment and the provision of leasing, cleaning, disinfection, and inspection and maintenance service. This business is also involved in the rental of training machines for care prevention use. The home care service business is engaged in the provision of multiple home care services such as nursing home care service, visiting nursing and rehabilitation service, and delivery service, as well as home living spport service.
