Sohgo Security Services Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2331) agreed to acquire 30.38% stake in Nippon Care Supply Co., Ltd. (TSE:2393) from Mitsubishi Corporation (TSE:8058) on December 15, 2020. In the acquisition, Sohgo Security Services Co.,Ltd. will acquire 4.97 million shares of Nippon Care Supply equivalent to 31.2% of ratio of voting .
Sohgo Security Services Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2331) completed the acquisition of 30.38% stake in Nippon Care Supply Co., Ltd. (TSE:2393) from Mitsubishi Corporation (TSE:8058) on December 21, 2020.
Nippon Care Supply Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the rental and wholesale of welfare equipment. The welfare equipment supply business is engaged in the sale of welfare equipment and the provision of leasing, cleaning, disinfection, and inspection and maintenance service. This business is also involved in the rental of training machines for care prevention use. The home care service business is engaged in the provision of multiple home care services such as nursing home care service, visiting nursing and rehabilitation service, and delivery service, as well as home living spport service.
