Beijing EPA Technology Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire NPD Shanghai CO., Ltd from NIPPON PARKING DEVELOPMENT Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2353) for ¥1 on December 20, 2021. For the year ending December 20, 2021, total asset, net asset, revenue, operating profit and net profit of NPD Shanghai CO., Ltd was ¥242 million, ¥218 million, ¥196 million, ¥0.043 million and ¥0.04 million. The transaction is expected to close on December 31, 2021.
NIPPON PARKING DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the parking lot business, the ski resort business and the theme park business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lots segment is engaged in the operation, management, consulting and leasing of parking lots, as well as the provision of car sharing, camper rental, parking lot information search services. The Ski Resorts segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation and consulting of ski resorts and amusement parks, as well as the provision of employment services.
