Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. announced earnings results for the six months ended May 31, 2021. For the period, the company announced operating Revenue was JPY 24,554 million against JPY 23,610 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 11,539 million against JPY 11,240 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 10,611 million against JPY 13,937 million a year ago. Net income per unit was JPY 4,176 against JPY 5,652 a year ago.
