Accordia Golf Co., Ltd. (TSE:2131) concluded a contract to acquire Kazusa Country Club from Nippon Sharyo Ltd. (TSE:7102) on November 9, 2012. Kazusa Country Club will be converted into a company Accordia Asset Holding 38 Co., Ltd. For fiscal year ending March 31, 2011 and March 31, 2012, Kazusa Country Club reported operating revenues of ¥526 million and ¥551 million respectively. The transfer of shares is expected to close by December 14, 2012. The transaction will have a minor impact on operating results of Accordia for the current fiscal year.
