Nippon Signal Co., Ltd. announced dividend of JPY 7 per share for the second quarter of fiscal year 2023 compared to JPY 7 per share paid a year ago. Scheduled date of commencing dividend payments on December 1, 2022.
The company expected to pay dividend of JPY 20 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 compared to JPY 20 per share paid a year ago.
Nippon Signal Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of railway signals, smart roads, automatic toll collection (AFC), smart parks and other business activities. The Company operates through two business segments. The Transport Infrastructure segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale and maintenance of railway signal security equipment and road traffic safety systems. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solution segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale and maintenance of AFC equipment and parking equipment. Through its subsidiaries, the segment is also involved in the maintenance, design and sale of electrical products, the development of software, the provision of non-life insurance agency services, the editing of technological information, as well as the maintenance and construction of train station equipment, among others.
