Nippon Signal Co., Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2022. For the period, the company expects net sales of JPY 85,000 million, operating profit of JPY 5,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 3,600 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 57.71.
Nippon Signal Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of railway signals, smart roads, automatic toll collection (AFC), smart parks and other business activities. The Company operates through two business segments. The Transport Infrastructure segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale and maintenance of railway signal security equipment and road traffic safety systems. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solution segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture, sale and maintenance of AFC equipment and parking equipment. Through its subsidiaries, the segment is also involved in the maintenance, design and sale of electrical products, the development of software, the provision of non-life insurance agency services, the editing of technological information, as well as the maintenance and construction of train station equipment, among others.
