Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 157,000 million, operating profit of JPY 13,800 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 16,300 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 584.50.
Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemical products. The Chemical segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of industrial chemicals, synthetic chemicals, dye products, functional materials, eco-care products, pharmaceuticals and medical intermediates, among others. The Construction segment is involved in the plant construction and civil engineering businesses. The Others segment is involved in the casting, processing and sale of alloy, the treatment of industrial wastes, the leasing of lands and equipment, the manufacture and sale of molded synthetic resin, among others.
