Nippon Soda Co., Ltd. (TSE:4041) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 64,040 common shares, representing 0.22% of its issued share capital, free of charge from Custody Bank of Japan, Ltd. (Trust Account E). The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
