Nissan Tokyo Sales Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:8291) agreed to acquire 26.5% stake in c,Inc. from Naofumi Omoto on June 17, 2019. Nissan Tokyo Sales Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 2,149 shares. Naofumi Omoto holds 39.4% stake. The contract is expected to be signed on June 21, 2019. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Nissan Tokyo Sales Holdings Co., Ltd. on June 17, 2019. The transaction is expected to close on July 22, 2019.
