Nitin Castings Limited announced that the Board considered and approved/taken note of following: Resignation letter dated November 15, 2022 from Ms. Muskan Jain from the post of company secretary & compliance Officer of the company with immediate effect, due to personal reason. The Board has accepted her resignation and has relieved her from the responsibilities.
