Nmcn plc Appoints Lee Marks as a Director

nmcn announced that Lee Marks has taken up his role as a Director of the Company. Concurrent with this, Robert Moyle has relinquished his position as Acting CEO and given notice of his intention to retire from the Board of the Company later in the year. A further announcement confirming Robert's retirement will be made in due course.
