Svella Plc acquired Telecoms, Plant, Transport & Accommodation Business Units Of nmcn plc from nmcn plc (LSE:NMCN) on October 7, 2021. The deal is subject to bankruptcy court approval. Ged Barnes and Sarah Foster of Addleshaw Goddard LLP acted as legal advisor to Svella Plc. Svella Plc completed the acquisition of Telecoms, Plant, Transport & Accommodation Business Units Of nmcn plc from nmcn plc (LSE:NMCN) on October 7, 2021.
