Nomura Announces Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors

Tokyo, March 7, 2024 - Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. today announced that the shareholders meeting resolved to appoint members to the company's Board of Directors as of April 1, 2024.

Nomura Securities appointed a total of eighteen directors as of April 1, 2024. Of these eighteen directors, eight will serve as Non-Executive Directors (with two Outside Directors), while the remaining ten will serve as Executive Directors.
