E-Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Zhiming Software Japan, Ltd. and Zhiming Software Holdings (BVI), Limited from Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (TSE:4307) for ¥3.1 billion on September 7, 2023. Linkage Software Co., Ltd. board of directors approved the transaction. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the company?s regular shareholders? meeting for review. As of November 17, 2023, Linkage Software Co., Ltd. shareholders approved the transaction on November 16, 2023.
