(TSX-­‐V: NGM) ("Northern Gold" or the "Company")announces that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on September 18, 2014, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including the re-­‐election of Nuno Brandolini, Patrick Culhane, Eric Moeller and Martin Shefsky as Directors of the Company.
