On February 11, 2021, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") discussing financial results for the year ended December 31, 2020 and affirming its 2021 earnings guidance range of $3.40 - $3.60 per diluted share.
