NorthWestern Energy Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 290.5 million compared to USD 323 million a year ago. Net income was USD 19.1 million compared to USD 29.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.32 compared to USD 0.55 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.32 compared to USD 0.54 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 745 million compared to USD 717.5 million a year ago. Net income was USD 81.7 million compared to USD 88.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.37 compared to USD 1.64 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.37 compared to USD 1.62 a year ago.
