Norway Royal Salmon as Announces Change of CEO

The appointment of the interim CEO of Norway Royal Salmon ASA ("NRS") Klaus Hatlebrekke, will expire with effect from 25 April 2022. Hatlebrekke will on the same date return to his previous position as COO of business development. Charles Høstlund, who was CEO of NRS from 2014 till September 2021, will be appointed new interim CEO from 25 April 2022.

The Group is engaged in fish farming services y with activities in three main segments: Farming Norway, Farming Iceland and Sales. The Sales segment includes the purchase and sale of salmon. The fish farming business includes salmon farming and harvesting activities. The farming business in Norway is located in Troms and Finnmark and the farming business in Iceland is located in the Westfjords area. The head office is in Trondheim.
