On a per-share basis, the St. Helier, Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 36 cents.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 43 cents per share.

The oncology drug developer posted revenue of $138.5 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $131.5 million.
