The Board of Directors of NOVUS PROPERTIES LTD has declared an interim dividend of 25 cents per share to all shareholders registered at close of business on 04 March 2024 in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2024. The interim dividend will be paid on or about 29 March 2024. The shares of NOVUS PROPERTIES LTD will be traded cum-dividend up to and including the market day of 28 February 2024, and ex-dividend as from 29 February 2024.
