The Company operates through four segments: Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and Project management, Supply of manpower, Supply of materials, tools and equipment and Management fee. The EPC and Project management segment is engaged in project management and engineering services. The Supply of manpower segment is engaged in manpower supply services. The Supply of materials, tools and equipment segment is engaged in the trading of materials, tools, and equipment. It also engages in the provision of drilling rig charter services. The Company’s services include Equipment Rental, Repair and Maintenance; Overhaul, Inspection, Repair & Maintenance; Structural, Piping Replacement; Process Design and Installation, and others.
