OCK Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is engaged in providing telecommunication services. The Company operates through five segments: Telecommunication Network Services, Green Energy and Power Solutions, Trading, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering Services and Investment Holding. The Telecommunication Network Services segment's operations include network planning, design and optimization, network operations and maintenance, infrastructure, and energy management. The Green Energy and Power Solutions segment is engaged in the construction of solar farms, as well as supplying power generation equipment for commercial, retail and factory buildings. The Trading segment involves in the trading of telecommunication hardware and installation of materials, such as antennas, feeder cables, connectors, and others. The M&E Engineering Services business provides mechanical and electrical services to housing development projects, airports, and others.
