Matt Cooper, having originally been appointed to the Board of Octopus Titan 1 VCT in October 2007, and then continuing as a Director after the merger of the various Titan VCTs in 2014, has decided to retire from the Board and will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). A new Non-Executive Director will be appointed at the completion of a structured recruitment process which is already in flight. All the other Directors have indicated their willingness to remain on the Board, and Anthony Rockley and Jane O'Riordan will be seeking re-election at the AGM.
