Ferrotec Holdings Corporation (JASDAQ:6890) signed share transfer agreement to acquire 29.1% stake in Ohizumi Mfg. Co., Ltd. (TSE:6618) from Spring L.P. and Integral OS Fund No. 1 for ¥3.2 billion on March 24, 2021.

Transaction is expected to complete on March 30, 2021.
