(Alliance News) - Olidata Spa announced Wednesday that board members have resigned following the change of control that took place when the Rufini family joined the company.

Leaving the board are Edoardo Colombo, Emanuela Donetti, Franco Gianera, Robert Hassan, Caterina La Rosa and Flavia Marzano.

"They were professionals, people, who carried out their duties with commitment and dedication; men and women who contributed in these years to the rebirth of Olidata. I could have designed, created a great project, but it takes people to make the dream a reality," said Cristiano Rufini, chairman of the board of directors.

"The hard work and professionalism demonstrated during their service have enabled Olidata to embark on a new phase of growth that puts it in a position to become a reference point in the industry."

Olidata's stock closed Wednesday down 1.8 percent at EUR0.33 per share.
