OMANI EURO FOOD INDUSTRIES S.A.O.G. Board of Directors of the Omani Euro Food Industries SAOG at their meeting held on 21st April, 2016 approved that Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Naki has been appointed as Member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Omar Bin Salem Al Dhahab, Mr. Yousef Abdullah Al Qaseer and Dr. Sultan Salim Al Debei will continue as members of the Audit Committee. The board approved that Dr. Sultan Salim Al Debei has been appointed as Member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Salem Bin Tamman Maashani, Mr. Yousef Hussain Al Roumi and Mr. Raffy Kozagan will continue as members of the Executive Committee. Mr. Mohammed Ali Naki will discontinue as member of the Executive Committee. The Audit Committee elected Mr. Omar Bin Salem Al Dhahab, (Independent Director) as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
