(TPEX:3666) from K Laser Technology Inc. (TWSE:2461) for approximately TWD 450 million on March 28, 2024. Ken Wu of Reanda M Y Wu & Co., CPAs acted as accountant to K Laser Technology.

Optivision Technology Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacturing and sale of backlight units key components, such as brightness enhancement films (BEFs) and multiple function optical prism films. The Company's products are applied in backlight modules of thin film transistor-liquid crystal displays (TFT-LCDs), used for terminal products such as LCD televisions (TVs), notebooks, LCD monitors, cell phones, digital cameras, global positioning system (GPS) machines, digital photo frames, moving picture experts group layer-3 auto (MP3) displays and other consumer electronic products. The Company distributes its products within Taiwan and the rest of Asia.
