Optomed Plc ("Optomed" or the "Company") has received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (as amended, the "SMA") from Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung ("Notifier"). According to the notification, the total holdings in Optomed shares and votes held by Notifier is 4.98 per cent of all of the registered shares in Optomed on 31 October 2023.

 

The total number of the Company's registered shares amounts to 18,130,397 shares. Each share entitles to one vote.
