Your directors present financial statements for the half year ended 31 March 2022.

RESULT

The Consolidated Entity incurred an after tax operating loss for the half year ended 31 March 2022 of $1,139,104 (31 March 2021 loss $1,374,124).

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

The principal activities of the Consolidated Entity during the financial half year were in the exploration for mineral resources in Australia.

REVIEW OF OPERATIONS

During the period, the Consolidated Entity continued its exploration activities in Australia.

EVENTS SUBSEQUENT TO REPORTING DATE

Since the end of the financial half year, the Directors are not aware of any matter or circumstance not otherwise dealt with in this report or the Financial Statements, that has significantly or may significantly affect the operations of the Consolidated Entity, the results of those operations or the state of affairs of the Consolidated Entity in subsequent years, the financial effects of which have not been provided for in the 31 March 2022 half year financial statements.
