Oricon Enterprises Limited Declares an Interim and a Special Dividend for Fiscal 2020, Payable on or Before March 31, 2020

Oricon Enterprises Limited Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 11, 2020 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 40% that is INR 0.80 per equity share for fiscal 2020. The said Interim Dividend will be dispatched/credited to the shareholders account on or before March 31, 2020. The dividend consists of interim dividend of INR 0.50 and INR 0.30 special golden jubilee dividend.
