Orient EuroPharma Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,131.033 million compared to TWD 1,344.501 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 87.206 million compared to operating Income of TWD 99.474 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 6.622 million compared to net income of TWD 128.270 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.08 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 1.48 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 2,345.966 million compared to TWD 2,894.460 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 66.942 million compared to operating Income of TWD 311.071 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 865,000 compared to net income of TWD 246.311 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.01 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 2.84 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 0.01 compared to diluted earnings per share of TWD 2.83 a year ago.
