ORIX : Establishes a Members-only Medical Service "Central Medical Club Setagaya"

TOKYO, Japan -March 8, 2023 - ORIX Corporation ("ORIX") announced today that the company's consolidated subsidiary, CMC Corporation ("CMC"), which provides management support services for medical institutions, has established a members-only medical service "Central Medical Club Setagaya" (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) and will be recruiting members.

CMC provides management consulting for medical institutions and business support to the medical administration. In 2003, "Central Medical Club (Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture)" was established to provide preventative care services including daily health services and complete medical examinations using high-precision diagnostic equipment, such as PET-CT and MRI for its members, who are mainly small and medium business managers.

The newly established "Central Medical Club Setagaya" will partner with "Central Clinic Setagaya" which has advanced diagnostic imaging equipment such as Canon's PET-CT and Philips' 1.5 Tesla MRI, and outsource medical examinations.
Members can take the complete medical examinations related to the three major diseases (cancer, heart disease, and cerebrovascular disease) assisted by a dedicated concierge, as well as manage their own health data, and access day-to-day health consultation services. In addition, members-only lounges and private rooms are available, providing an opportunity for those who are too busy to take time to relax to think about their health. If any disease is detected, the Club will also give a referral to an appropriate medical institution.

ORIX will continue to recruit members through its domestic sales network and agents to provide not only financial services and business succession supports, but also health-related supports for the management of small and medium-sized businesses.
