Overseas Education Limited Appoints David Peter Walker as Independent Director, Member of the Nominating Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Overseas Education Limited announced that Mr. David Peter Walker has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company and as a member of the nominating committee, the remuneration committee and the audit committee with effect from July 01, 2015.
