PA Co., Ltd. (TSE:4766) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Traverse Co., Ltd on October 1, 2015. The acquisition price is less than 15% of PA Co., Ltd's consolidated net assets. After the transaction, Traverse Co., Ltd will operate as a subsidiary of PA Co., Ltd. Traverse Co., Ltd reported revenues of ¥2.79 million during the period ending August 2015. The Board of PA Co., Ltd. passed a resolution for the transaction on October 1, 2015 and the transaction is expected to complete on October 1, 2015.

The Information Service segment is mainly engaged in the publication of the free job information magazine Job Post, and the provision of the Internet site Job Post WEB for smartphones, the edit and issue of the newspaper insert job paper Oshigoto Hello and the free paper Oshiharo, as well as the recruiting advertising agency business using WEB media, and advertising agency business for Web media and newspaper media in Vietnam. The Staffing segment is engaged in the provision of temporary staffing and recruitment business. The Childcare segment mainly operates daycare facilities. The Company is also engaged in the guarantee business.
