Pacific Smiles Group Announces Simon Rutherford Not Stands for Re-Election as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee

Pacific Smiles Group announced that Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, Simon Rutherford, advised the Board of his intention not to stand for re-election and to retire as an Independent Director at the close of the 2023 AGM.
